Every document comes in two editions. The Member Edition is the cheat sheet: every part of the document explained, with a worked example under each, so you are never staring at a blank field wondering what we meant. The Executive Edition is the same document with only the titles and the boxes, a fillable PDF you complete and hand over, with nothing on the page that gives away the advice behind it. The logs and trackers are Excel workbooks with live formulas.
The library is versioned. When a playbook changes, every member gets the new version, and the changelog says what changed and why. You are paying for documents written by two people who have done the job, not a stack of stale downloads from 2023.

Which Vault Do I Need?
If you hold one Chief of Staff seat full-time, the Vault. If you hold the seat part-time for clients who can end the retainer on a Tuesday, the Fractional Vault. If you do both, or plan to, join both; the pair is $895.
Is This a Course?
A course teaches you what the role is. The Vault assumes you are already in it. There are no modules and no certificate.
Can I Read the Fractional Vault With a Vault Membership?
No. They are separate libraries with separate memberships, and the door checks. A member of one who opens the other is offered a membership, not the shelves. Members of both switch between them from inside either vault.
How Do I Sign In?

What Formats Do the Documents Come In?

Can I Give the Executive Edition to My Executive?
That is what it is for. It carries The Coul & Gold Group's name and a line saying it is not for redistribution, and nothing else that is ours. The Member Edition is licensed to you alone and stays with you.
How Do I Find the Right Document?
Browse the shelves, or tell us the problem. At the top of each vault there is a box: describe what you are dealing with in a couple of sentences and the library builds you a shelf of the documents that fit, in the order to read them, with one line on why each is there. If the library has nothing for it, it says so, and your request goes on the list of what we write next.
Does the Library Change?
Constantly. It is a working library, not a finished product. Updates land regularly rather than on a published schedule, because a document ships when it is right, not when a calendar says so. Every change is dated in the changelog inside the Vault.
What If I Cancel?
Your access runs to your renewal date, with every update that lands before then. Cancel before that date and you will not be charged again. The documents you downloaded are yours to keep.
Can I Share It With My Team?
